BL.INK, A Donuts Inc Company. Donuts is one of the largest registries of new gTLD's.
BL.INK is a custom branded URL shortener service and for people that open a new account they appear to be giving a domain name free for the first year. (Some catches do apply.)
The extensions you can choose from appear to be extensions operated by Donuts you can see a list of Donuts new gTLD's here As far as I can tell it seems to be a majority of their extensions I did search for about 35+ of them and only found a few that weren't available for free see the list at the end of this post which I'll try to keep updated based on reports and comments. Definitely is not all of them as they operate over 200+ gTLD's I'm definitely not checking all the buggers.

The Technical Information and The Catches.
Searching for the string you want for example "ozbargain" will only present you with a limited amount of recommendations based on their suggestions so to check the extension you want try searching for it in its entirety example "ozbargain.bargains"
The domain name is free for the first year only you are presented with the renewal pricing during the checkout process shown in USD, the standard exclusions apply. First year registrations only and excludes premium domain names, renewals, and transfers.
You will need a valid working credit card to register the free domain I've completed the process multiple times and it doesn't appear that there was any transaction made on the card. And it appears you can remove the card from being stored on file after.
The domain name can really only be used as a branded URL shortener the domain name is registered with Donuts retail brand name.com and WHOIS Privacy is included and turned on. BL.INK is a name.com reseller.
www does not work there is no way to set up email with this domain name however the naked domain name you choose can be redirected somewhere else.
The Unknown.
The domain name can't be transferred for up to 60 days to another registrar per ICANN policy and as far as I can see there is no way to retrieve a EPP from within the interface but I'm sure support would give it to you on request as they're required to but as of yet that's an unknown factor as I haven't test this personally they may also be willing to push it to an account under your control at name.com.
At this stage I'll leave that exercise for someone else because I have no real need to move them elsewhere at the moment.
