I went into a Cheap as Chips store today and they're selling The Walking Dead construction sets from McFarlane Toys for close to half price they cost elsewhere. I bought 'The Boiler Room' set for $19 (which is normally $38 at Zing) and previously bought the 'Prison Tower' one from them a few months ago. According to their website they're still selling that for $39 (I saw it in a comic book shop for around $80) and they're also selling 'Dale's RV' for $29 and the 'Woodbury Assault Vehicle' for $29.
Just a heads up you have to build these sets yourself they come in bags of little blocks similar to Lego and can be quite finicky to put together. I haven's tried the Boiler Room one yet but the Prison Tower one took me about six hours to put together but they really do look amazing once completed. I wouldn't recommend these for kids as the Prison Tower one did have a number of little pieces but then again I doubt too many would buy TWD stuff for kids.

If interested Cheap as Chips are also selling Suicide Squad DC Multiverse 6 inch figures for $15 which is also around half price of what they are elsewhere. I've only come across The Joker, Boomerang and Katana figures though. I got The Joker, which to be fair looks nothing like Jared Leto.
