I've been looking for Rise of the Tomb Raider since I pre-ordered the Xbox One X (Scorpio Edition) and this is the best price I've been able to find.
For those that don't know, Rise of the Tomb Raider has been updated to be Xbox One X Enhanced. There aren't many titles that are and this is one of the better ones.
BTW, I also picked up Gears of Wars 4 physical copy from ozgameshop for $28.
The page does say "this item is available only to customers located in the United States" but I don't think you need anything special to purchase it from Amazon. I didn't need to change my address to my fake US address (unless it defaulted to it without me knowing) and used my normal CBA credit card. I was able to redeem it from the AU MS/xbox store about 5min after I purchased it.
