Lowest I've seen for this game is 69 at BigW, Target and JB. Unfortunately there was no preorder code for the Pixel Pack as I checked with the employees there. Still it would cost $4 to buy the DLC which still saves you $7 compared to the $69 price tag. Not sure if this is national wide or not.
